We do not sell client information or names.

We do not disclose any nonpublic personal financial information about you to anyone, except in the following circumstances:

Within our firm, we restrict access to your personal financial information to those who need to know that information to provide services to you. We have a firm policy that client information is not discussed outside of the office except with you. To ensure security and confidentiality, we maintain physical and procedural safeguards to protect your privacy. We discard information after three years. All discarded information is shredded.
Congress enacted the Financial Services Modernization Act in 1999 which brought a number of changes to the financial services industry. Part of the act requires financial services firms, like SETFS, LLC, to inform their customers and former customers how personal information about them is collected and disclosed. This notice informs you about our information-sharing practices.
Please be assured that this privacy notification will not, in any way, change the terms of any services that you have with SETFS, LLC. We will continue to ask for the best and most complete information available to help you file accurate returns and make informed decisions.
